Absolutely stoked, and after a problem with my first package going missing and my expression of frustration with the literal courier company due to constant issues, they re-sent it with a totally different courier!! The response time was within hours and sent by the end of day, I was shocked, it might be silly but it was such a huge action that it's made me come back and back!!
