I bought a couple of razor e90 electric scooters for my kids which were great to start but then unfortunately started having some unexpected issues. Kim,Bobbi and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing at helping to resolve the issue and after some troubleshooting guidelines and then taking a look at the scooters themselves gave me options ranging from a refund to supplying me with different model razor with a stronger motor at no extra charge (we think the issue was down to the kids weight combined with the going uphills). With great customer service becoming a rare thing these days, the small team at mozzi are a fantastic example of a kiwi owned business doing it well. Thanks so much to the team at mozzi im looking forward to shredding the streets again with my kids on the new scooters you recommended. cannot recommend mozzi enough!

Met at the show room shops, gentlemen was a great help with advise in getting the right bike for my son.
Great wee bike for the young fella, came with a bit of charge but make sure you charge for 24hrs before use to prevent cell lock apparently.. I don't know we did that and goes mint, he's stoaked A+ ♡.
